Frequently Asked Shipping Questions

  • Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order.
  • Packages will be shipped using FedEx or UPS. You have the option to change your selected shipping method during checkout
  • Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Grapes and Pineapples must be shipped Priority Overnight or Next Day Air, with an ice brick due to the perishable nature of the items.
  • FedEx and UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. A physical address is required to complete your order.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm may not be processed until the next business day.
  • If you place an Overnight/Next Day Air order to be shipped on Friday, it won't be delivered until Monday. There is an added fee for Saturday delivery for Overnight/Next Day Air shipments going out on Friday. Please call 901-377-2639 if you need a Saturday Delivery.
  • Special rates may apply when shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
  • Transit time is NOT guaranteed for Ground shipments.
